With the introduction of IDP Academy in September of 2019, we have strengthened our aspiration to not only sell machinery but also transfer our extensive knowledge and know-how to individuals and companies working in the construction field.

The IDP academy includes the Putzmeister Service Training, a three level certified program dedicated to the servicing and maintenance of Putzmeister concrete pumps. The courses are aimed to equip trainees with a deep and comprehensive understanding of a Putzmeister concrete pump as well as offer a wide framework of advanced maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge to improve their technical skills.

The program is taught by certified IDP specialists who have gained expertise by regularly attending the Putzmeister Service Academy in Aichtal, Germany as well as attaining immense mechanical knowledge of following and upholding international standards on job sites and at IDP’s workshop throughout the years.

Putzmeister Concrete Pump Beginner (Level I)
Overview: Understanding the basics of PM and its technology
Prerequisite: Eligible for new engineers
Class duration: 4 days (24 hours)

Putzmeister Concrete Pump Beginner (Level II)
Overview: A more comprehensive look on concrete pump technology
Prerequisite: Service engineers with at least 1 year of experience on PM
Class duration: 4 days (24 hours)

Putzmeister Concrete Pump Beginner (Level III)
Overview: Service engineers with at least 1 year of experience on PM
Prerequisite: Service engineers with at least 3 years of experience on PM
Class duration: 4 days (24 hours)
